James Patrick Kenney has more than 35 years of legal experience. During his career he has held a variety of respected positions, such as serving as a Hamilton County Judge and as an Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor.

While on the bench, Jim Kenney has heard and decided thousands of criminal and civil cases and has wrote numerous legal opinions. He also represented clients in both criminal and civil litigation including felonies, misdemeanors, OVIs, and civil cases of all varieties. Attorney Kenney has extensive experience and has handled many complex issues for individuals and businesses.

Jim received his Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University, after graduating with honors from St. Joseph’s College. He is also involved as a volunteer in several charitable organizations throughout the city. Jim has been married for more than 30 years, and has three daughters.


Stephen G. Brinker

Stephen G. Brinker has been a practicing attorney servicing the Westside for many years. Steve’s areas of concentration include real estate, probate, general business and estate planning law. He has served on the Oak Hills School Board and also as a Green Township Trustee.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Steve taught English at both the high school and junior high school level. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College and received his M.A. from Xavier University. Steve then went on to receive his Law degree from Chase College of Law.


KristaImageKrista Brockhoff

Krista graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications. She worked as a Realtor and Executive Assistant at Western Southern Life before joining James Patrick Kenney, LLC, as a legal assistant. Krista is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, OH and still lives in her hometown with her husband and two boys.
